Circle Green Installs
Brand New Boat Docks
In 2022, the community made one of its largest investments to date and replaced its aging double boat docks. Courtesy of Seeley's Marina, the sturdy new A and B docks feature longer leaders for jet ski EZ port access. A special thanks to the Board for managing this critical project and a shout out to Rick and Dave for installing the slip markers.

Gives Back to the Community
Team Circle Green recently came together to help upgrade the community pool restrooms. These hardworking owners replaced faucets and signage along with sanding, painting and cleaning the bathrooms for everyone's benefit this summer. Thanks to Dave Harper for leading the effort and to all who participated and helped fund this valuable community project!

Newest Upgrade
Originally built in 1986, Circle Green has just installed two beautiful new entrance signs that reflect the modern look and feel of the current complex. This stunning aesthetic enhancement welcomes owners and visitors to our lakeside and mountainside homes.
Circle Green Goes Red, White and Blue for the 4th
The Fourth of July Decorating Contest was a big hit with nearly a dozen owners competing to bring home the first prize gift certificate to Lake Art. Kids, pets, and lots of Independence Day creative spirit made for a fun community-driven contest. Thank you to the participants, judges and Board for organizing this new event!
Circle Green Kicks Off Summer with a Community Yard Sale
Circle Green's' first-ever community yard sale took place on Saturday, June 5th. Shoppers dropped by to score some bargains and owners starting swapping treasures early amongst themselves. Thank you to all the buyers and sellers who made this event a huge success!
