Top 10 Community Rules

  1. Garbage dumpsters are for household garbage only (no cardboard, grills, toys, mattresses, furniture, etc.). Recycling is accepted at the Gumbletown Road Facility during posted hours. Please help keep our property clean and remove your garbage from the beach area.

  2. Store firewood away from your unit. Gas can storage is not permitted at any time.

  3. FIREWORKS ARE PROHIBITED on Association property, beach and dock areas at all times, including July 4th. No campfires allowed.

  4. Vehicle parking is limited to two cars per unit.  Extra parking is available by the upper basketball courts for any lakeside overage. Mountainside owners using the pool should also park by the basketball court. Any mountainside overage can safely park on the non-maintained side of the road. No parking on grassy areas.

  5. Shut off water in your unit when you will be away for an extended period of time.

  6. Turn on appropriate heat to a recommended 50 degrees during winter months to prevent pipes from freezing when the unit is unoccupied.

  7. All pets should be leashed at all times and immediate waste clean up is required.

  8. Glass containers are NOT permitted within the fenced pool area at any time. A $500 fine will be imposed on any unit owner or guest who violates this rule.  No diapers are permitted in the big pool--only within the kiddie pool. The pool closes at 10:00 pm nightly.

  9. Boat slips are formally assigned and labeled by the Board. Wave runner ports are located at the beginning of the docks. Any requested change must be formally approved by the Board. Please install bumpers around your slip from Seeley's Marina to protect your boat and the docks. No fuel or oil is permitted on the docks or in the beach area.

  10. Propane tanks must be covered with 4x4 posts and T-111 wood painted to match the unit siding.
