- Garbage Dumpsters for HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE ONLY!! (No cardboard, grills, toys,
mattresses, furniture, etc.). Recycling at Gumbletown Road Facility – 24 hrs a day/7 days
a week. Remove your garbage from Beach Area!
- Store firewood away from unit. Gas cans storage is NOT PERMITTED.
- ABSOLUTELY, no FIREWORKS are permitted on the Association Property at any time
(including the Beach and Dock area). This includes the Fourth of July. No campfires
allowed at all!
- Vehicle parking is limited to two (2) cars per unit. Any Lakeside overage is to be parked in
the Upper Lot by the basketball court. Mountainside pool swimmers are to park by the
basketball area as well. Any Mountain overage can be safely parked on the non-
maintained side of the road. No parking on grassy areas!
- SHUT OFF water when leaving for any extended period of time.
- Turn on appropriate heat during winter to prevent freeze up when not in the unit.
Recommend minimum of 50 degrees.
- All pets need to be leashed at all times and provisions for immediate clean up are
mandatory.
- No glass containers are permitted within the pool fenced in area at any time. A $500 fine
will be imposed on any unit owner or their guests that violate this rule. No diapers are
permitted in the big pool. Pool hours amended to 10:00PM.
- Boat slips are formally assigned and labeled by the Board. Wave runner locations are
established at the beginning of the docks. Any requested change must be formally
approved by the Board. Please install bumpers around your slip from Seeley Marina to
protect your boat and the dock investment. No fuel or oil allowed on docks or beach area.
- Propane tanks must be covered using 4x4 posts, T-111 wood covering with blend in paint
to match siding color.
